Shipping And Delivery
- We ship orders within 2 working days of receiving them.Our working days are Monday to Friday,excluding public holidays. Orders received on Sunday or holidays are dispatched the following Monday or the next working day.

Cancellation Policy
- An order can only be cancelled before it is shipped.
- A gateway charge of 2.5% shall be levied against all prepaid orders for cancellation.
- Due to any unavoidable reason you need to return it – the shipping charges will need to be borne by the customer.
- A refund for prepaid orders shall be credited to the original payment account within 15 days of cancellation acceptance.
- If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a wrong or incomplete name/address provided by the customer, non-availability of a recipient at the time of delivery, or related reasons on the customers side, any extra costs incurred by us for re-delivery will be claimed from the customer.
